So apparently the OP posted the wrong address , I should buy a lottery ticket what are the chances of there being a spa at the wrong address lol.
I've been a regular there since Susan moved to here from Rainbow. The place is well kept and clean.
I don't have any experience of the other attendants but can recommend Susan. She's an older lady, pleasant and humorous. Excellent massage plus lots of teasing before the flip and she takes her time with the finish and nearly always asks "2?" to see if you're up for a second shot.
The place is in a discrete location with lots of parking. Very clean extended late hours and very close to work for me; so it checks a lot of boxes. I’ve met 3 attendants in the last 2 months, who are always very pleasant and never feel rushed. Maria, Susan, and Sophia; and will “happily” repeat with any of them.
Huge complex, Border street, Border Place complex, unit is on East side, not street front.

Ive been there last week. And it's a no repeat for me.
The only thing good is the somewhat discreet parking not facing street. Besides that, it was only downhill for me.
Granted I've only been once and seen one attendant. So I can't speak for others.
It's a converted office and one of the offices/massage rooms is right next to the front door/front counter area. So that means everytime the the door opens while you're naked inside. Someone could be walking by taking a peak. To me this is a strange setup as I have only seen rooms in the back and the front is just your waiting area. So the chance of seeing someone is higher=less discretion.
The massage was very soft and weak. No different than just having someone rub oil on you. Not therapeutic or muscle reliving at all. A bit of a tease. But nothing special.
For me, the massage itself is worth more than the ending. This just didn't do it for me. Maybe some guys are into that, I don't know.
Finally, the ending. I'm not sure if we are allowed to discuss pricing on here. But it was on the high side. Almost double what some other places charge. For around the same price, I could've gotten two massages elsewhere. The total also cost more than HH at VIP. And you'll get a whole lot more at vip than just a handjob.

I got charged $60 for the one hour massage which is typical. And $130 for the tip. $190 total. For that price, I rather go to VIP. I'll get 1000x more enjoyment and save myself $10.

Yeah, 120 is my usual too at other places. So when I got billed 190. I was fairly shocked. Especially since it was a half ass massage and a half ass HE.
The girl I got was younger but on the heavier set side.
Ok what the heck! How can you be billed $130 tip, you are paying for it so you have power to negotiate. $40-60 tip is more like it and please don’t fall for their prices. They will upsell all day long but that doesn’t mean we got to fall for it!
Oh I know. But it's the combination of my little head and also thinking I might get $130 worth of value. Just like some high end escorts charge a high amount. I might get better service or out of this world experience, I don't know. But typically you get what you pay for. I didn't know what I was getting until it was happening. And I wasn't going to be an ass to renegotiate after the deed. The best I could do is warn other bros so they don't fall for the same thing. Personally, I think this is just bad business practice with inconsistent rate.
And before you ask. Yes, I would say some HE is worth a $130 tip. Capital C for Cougar would be a good example of a "worth it" for the higher tip amount. And I also had this one Asian girl (Tina I think her name is?) that was working out of a house with "Kitty" at the time that gave me a mind blowing ending. I was trying to book Kitty at first. Ended up with Tina which I was disappointed at. All up until the ending. And holy hell, she was edging me in a way that I have never experienced before. I would gladly pay a high tip to experience that again.
On that note. Does anyone know if Tina is still around?
