Haven't seen, but just in the quick search I've done, there's a few red flags:

1. Has a Calgary area code, but no reviews under the name or last 4 digits on the board frequently used out west.
2. Phone number was used for a completely different SP (Anna Lee) in November.
3. Text in ad has been used in an ad for another provider (Sophie) in GTA a month ago.

Each of these could be explained away, but you might want to contact them for some further verification (e.g. photo with time/date) before putting yourself in a risky situation.
