Dude there is no “her” to fulfill any duties. As well I doubt the VPD will be interested in getting involved. It’s a classic he said/“she” said situation and highly likely not leading to charges.

As others have said the ad is clearly a scam. Just beware in the future

Next time do image searches on posted pics and save yourself some grief. Re. the attached pic via an image search shows she/he is running this scam in Victoria, Kelowna, Regina and Hamilton simultaneously at the moment. He/she might not even be in Victoria.
