Just last week California signed a new civil law into effect making it an offense to remove a condom during sex without consent. I can only imagine how much of a problem this is with our fine ladies in this industry - let alone in general - and this makes a great statement in support of women who suffer this violation. I hope more jurisdictions including Canada follow suit. One more step towards decriminalization - or legalization - of sex work.

I recently visited a provider that is fairly new to this business. Curious as to how she was finding her new trade and if she has had issues with clients. Being Indy I was concerned for her. I don’t want her to leave the trade as many do after giving it a try.

She told me there has been a couple of guys that were a bit too aggressive for her liking be they didn’t hurt her.

What offended and upset her was when a guy was doing her doggy and pulled off the rubber and finished in her without her knowledge.

Yes that is rape. He will never be able to visit her again. I just wish there was a way he good be identified and others warned, and have him black listed.

What an A Hole.

Wouldn't this be rape? Which city is this? Pretty sure the police would help her. She has the physical DNA evidence inside her.

I don't understand how this isn't considered rape already.
The law is generally too slow in customizing itself to every scenario possible. As the article says: "There's still the problem of sexual assault cases being taken up at all. Those who make these claims are often met with "scrutiny and scepticism", according to Brodsky. And when it comes to stealthing, this response is intensified because, "by definition, the harm happens after they've consented to sex". ...in other words, 'the goalposts DO get moved around a lot between each individual case', the main problem in the overall topic of "consent". False rape allegations usually consist of being regretful over a bad lay, or merely a scorned woman who decides to remove consent after the fact just to mess with him.... or in the case of a provider, (ie) doing doggie-style "safely" until the climax, which the client pulls out, snaps off the condom, and wants to fire-hose all over her backside (because CIM/COF/COB is an extra that is offered) and in the heat of the moment no one notices how it manages to get some on her vagina , resulting in getting pregnant down the road. ....is it rape?.... occupational hazard?... or a good way to anchor a man's wallet down for 18 years?....

Don't get me wrong, if a guy willingly 'stealths' on purpose, he's a piece of shit and deserves punishment......but the law does what it can to protect people on the other side of the issue too. That's why it works too slow.

It's a civil law that's almost impossible to enforce.

It's much, much weaker than the extreme efforts many red states put into...checks notes...preventing women from obtaining legal abortions.

After an sp told me that happened to her I have told a number of newbies to the industry to always have a hand ready to cover their pussy, when ever he pulls out to enter again. Then make him enter you again through your fingers so you can ensure its covered or block the entrance with your closing fingers. I know many that always check to see if I am still covered. Great practice.
