One time it was so busy because of realtor open showings, but the handler said shouldn't be a problem. I buzz and get into the building but there is a lineup of 15 people in front of me.
I get into the elevator with a bunch of people ( this is pre mandatory mask and max number of people in elevator rules) and the door closes and realize the buzz had timed out.
I get out one floor below since a resident had entered that floor and had to let her go out first and pause my exit from the elevator and thought I could just walk up the stairs one floor, but the newer buildings have locked stairwells every x number of floors.
Was told sp would come open the locked stairwell door for me. Waited a few minutes and nothing....then I realized there were two stairwells ...one on either side of the elevators. She had gone to the other stairwell and told handler she didn't see me. Went to the other stairwell and nobody there.
Cell service non existent in stairwell so had to run back to elevator area to tell handler to tell sp to wait at one of the stairwell doors and not to move. My 45 min appt became 30 min because someone else was booked after me.
In hindsight I could have rode the elevator back down and re buzzed but probably wouldn't have even 30 min session. Or if brave I could ask someone to hold my spot if we were next one up to the elevator and go out and re buzz.
There was no more lineup when I finished my session and I saw another possible pooner who was in the same lineup going up and now leaving the building.
