I think we women should get to speak as openly as you guys do. But that's just my humble opinion.
You Can, under the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.....
My concern is that if such a list exist, it might be illegal, in the face that it is accusing someone, without due process of Canadian Law (even if the list contains scum of the earth/violent offenders). Hence my comment about reporting incidents to police.
eg. There is a Blacklist. A client does violence to an SP. THe SP calls the police, gets Client arrested and charged. The SP put the client on a Blacklist.
A SP and her boyfriend break up because the Boyfriend cheated on her. Boyfriend goes on the Blacklist. The boyfriend can be any person that the SP wants to fuck over.
That ex-boyfriend gets a new girlfriend (she might be an SP or not, but has access to the Blacklist)...
The john/client on a blacklist probally should be listed (chances are that person had done something bad/violent, more than once). The question is how someone gets off an blacklist? Never. And that is the problem with an blacklist as a person won't know they are on the list, let alone get a day in court to presume their inocense/guilt. A blacklist implies guilty by being on that list. A blacklist is a Judge, Jury and Executioner.....
Blacklist don't just happen in the SP industry; they happen in businesses, and in government.
I don't condone any violence against women. SPs have a right to protect themselves.
