A good choice on her own merrits and the fact that she is both part black and east indian will not hurt.

Pence will likely start wearing brown face on half his face and black face on the other half so that he can be of more help in getting Trump re-elected lol.

You mean the way she pretends to be "African American?"

She's disliked across the board, and polled so badly in California (her own state) during the primaries she knew she had no hope of attracting a single delegate. Also received almost nothing in donations. This is strictly a racist nomination, to try to counter Dementia Joe's constant demeaning insults towards black Americans.

Kamala Harris, US President in 2023.

Not wishing death on anybody, but Joe Biden looks so frail. He's not going to last 8 years, I'm afraid. Look at how "quickly" John McCain went, after 2008.

he's already said he won't run for a second term if he wins, pretty sure he can last 4 yrs

I am anti Trump, Bush, Reagan ....... Republicans in general.

My complaint against Democrats has always been that they have failed to choose the right candidates at the right time. Kerry? H. Clinton? Biden? ... Kerry? I mean ... come on!

I am not cheering for Trump but Biden would not be my first, second, third or even fourth choice for a candidate.

And what does Mr Trump says with all his smarts and intelligence? "Men may be insulted by Biden for picking a woman as a VP candidate!"

Another day another quote from an insane man.

I'm thinking rather specifically of Scheer's sudden "downfall" around his children's school tuition fees being paid for by the Party. Funny, how no one seemed to care about that at all, until the apparatchiks wanted Andy gone...
And don't forget how all of a sudden we frowned out that Andy is American.

Ahh... but Joe will win the election. And then die in office... First Female as President.... not bad...
And now let them think, what if Sleepy Joe picked Pete Buttigieg to be his running mate instead
and then vapor locks in the oval office. LOL!!!

Just sayin'

The best thing Joe could have done would be pick Tulsi Gabbard or Amy Klobechar, since he committed to picking a woman publicly. Even Susan Rice would have been a better pick then Kamala Harris. She is the single worst running mate out of the bunch and may have put the final nail in Joe's campaign. It amazes me that she literally said she believes Joe's accusers of sexual misconduct and called him out for his racism, yet she's "honoured" to be his running mate. =

I'm not calling these guys perfect, but it's STILL hard for me to believe, that in 2016, they couldn't find ONE person better than Trump, for the Republican slot. Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, Jeb Bush? Certainly not as controversial as Trump.

This "anti-establishment" manifested itself.
Trump beat these guys because he isn't one of them, a career politician. That was the the bulk of his candidacy.

Harris was the safe choice. Gabbard is more ideologically aligned with Bernie, not Biden - and the Dems wanted Biden in large part because Bernie is "too radical." Klobechar publicly stated that she wanted Biden to pick a "person of color" - which means she took herself out of the running and/or didn't want to be on the ticket. And had Biden selected Rice, well, you'd most likely (and most definitely certain Republicans) would be screaming "Benghazi" all over again! The Dems wanted Biden because he's in the center - it makes complete sense for him to choose a running mate also in the center, which by all accounts Harris is.

So Harris is considered a chammion of women's rights, because she grilled Kavanaugh, and believed his accuser, even though there was zero credible evidence Blasey Ford presented, but she (Harris) claims to believe ALL accusers.

But she had no trouble accepting donations from Harvey Weinstein, and she has ignored accusations of sexual assault against Biden. There is that Liberal/Democrat hypocrisy that pops up regularly in politics.

LOL! This is not an example of hypocrisy, it's more an example of you having revisionist history! Harris received a donation from Weinstein during her AG re-election campaign - I believe that was 2014 and the Weinstein allegations became public around 2016 or 2017.

Talk about revisionist history. How about wilful blindness? Within and without the industry the rumours and accusations were constant from the mid to late 1990's. And what about that accusation against Joe that she believes to be true? Yhhe word "opportunist" springs to mind.

Exactly.

The Canadian equivalent to Trump is Rob Ford, the John Belushi of Canadian politics, while his lesser known non-crackhead more boring brother Doug equates to less exciting Jim Belushi.

If Trudeau had a non-career politician facing him that had the same personality as Rob Ford but without the drug problem, the populace would jump at the chance to boot Trudeau out of office and avoid the boring alternatives.

What a dangerous joke American politics is.

An American Vice President who I hated and despised?

Dan Quayle!!

"The question is whether we are going forward to the future, or past to the back."

"A mind is a terrible thing to lose."

"Tomatos or Tomatoes? Potatos or Potatoes? That is the question."

He makes George Bush Jr. look like a Rhodes Scholar.
LMAO are there real quotes?
