There are plenty of Ranches around here that have been doing that for their entire existence......seems some of these back woods Baptists are ahead of their time.....pun intended.

I know of Dawson Creek as one area of BC who observe no changing of the clock.
How long they have been observing this I'm not sure
as I only found out about it 2 years ago. I thought it strange as I believed all of BC was
changing the clocks bi-annually. Go figure.

I am all for the change, as in let us stop changing the clocks bi-annually. We should stick to DST instead of PST because of later sun sets.

Remember for DST all year you might be sending children off to school in the dark.

There is always a flip side. May be we can move the school time to 9-00 during winters.
