Cloudfare delay still showing up and after a few minutes not being active on Perb, it logs me off and I have to again sign back in. FYI.

This issue has returned this week, now with Captcha tests for LL and Perb... what is going on? Can it be disabled or move to other servers? So annoying to have to jump through hoops to access these sites...

Folks, a number of adult sites and other review board have been the target of DDOS attacks, in one case, the board was disabled for several weeks. these types of minor inconveniences are the price you pay when you are putting precautions in place to prevent that from happening here. Contact admin if you have specific concerns, but in the end, we are going to do what is necessary to protect PERB. The sense of entitlement and outrage in some of these posts, honestly, wow.
