I've always made my my bed with hospital corners. The corners tucked in almost military tight.
I primarily sleep on my back, and noticed how cramped my feet were feeling, so about a month ago I left the corners at the foot untucked. What a difference.
I'm sleeping better, my feet aren't unnaturally pushed down like I'm dancing ballet, and they feel more relaxed.
Wondering if anybody else has done this, or noticed that tight corners on a bed are actually pretty uncomfotable and unnecessary. Wish I'd done this a long time ago.
