Should incalls include refreshments, treats, and snacks?

No - that's not what I'm there for. If an SP offers, sure, but I never expect it. If anything I'd rather bring them a bottle of wine or chocolate. Sometimes we have it, sometimes we don't.

It’s a funny thing, I’ve been to some shops where the other girls have the woks smoking and when I came out they invited me to join them. Well I did and was amazed at what great cooks they were, they knew what they were doing however because I wound up having another lady for desert.

Trust you to say that. ... I mean .. "cow"boy ... milk... makes perfect sense. Milk is good for one's bones .. "milkshake" is good for men's boner.

On a serious note, as long as they can offer me a glass of cold, tap water, I am good.
