I personally have always wanted to have my Nipples pierced , but the pain scares the shit out of me :) so sadly I have no piercings or Tattoos :(
There's lots of guys who don't think that's a bad thing. For some guys tats and piercings are a turn off.

Everything else being equal, I would chose a woman without tattoos and piercings, esp the latter but that is just me. I think a woman's body is a piece of art in itself. Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against tattoos and piercings and I have had lots of fun with women who have them. My ideal visual of a woman is a clean, classy, beautiful skin without any artificial markings. Each to their own, I guess.

Also, I have no idea if tattoos are in or ....... out but I saw this article. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/beauty/body/rethinking-ink-how-tattoos-lost-their-cool/

As a side note: There is frequent discussion of women and fake books with many men disliking it. Trust me, the day that the "male penis implant" is realistic and affordable, the line will be around the block and up the street.
It would have to be pain free with no down time afterwards. Most guys wouldn't willingly put themselves under the knife down there even if it added a couple of inches. Ever been a part of a conversation where vasectomies are mentioned? Most guys start wincing.

I won't be in that line. I can have as much fun as I want with the not-particularly-big one I've got. There would be no benefit to me in changing it.

Piercing and tattoos are a generational thing. Folks in the baby boomer generation seem to be averse to body art because in their day it was connotative of a thug, biker or "bad person". When I was 15 I got my ear pierced and the argument at the time was if you got your left ear pierced you were straight and the right ear was gay. That wasn't that long ago either. 30 years ago neck tattoo = outlaw biker. Today it's means "organic, vegan, West End hipster"

My own opinion is I like tattoo's one women including sleeves. I'm fine with piercings too though at times I cringe imagining how much it must have hurt.

Now, THAT (penile enhancement) should be another thread. I think many of men would be willing to go thru the surgery to add extension to the neck of their second head. I am sure it is painful but no pain, no 'gain'. I did see a show on Discovery Channel years ago. They did show results of surgical enhancement of penis and many of the results were grotesque and cringe inducing. But I do believe then many men would go for enhancement as long as there were no side effects and success rate was high.

That's like the joke about the guy with the 2" penis. He goes and visits an escort and she starts laughing at his penis after he takes his pants off. She says "Who do you think you're going to pleasure with that thing?" to which he responded... "Me".

Varies now
you can expect a brief moment of excruciating pain.. usually very brief as you'd want to get the jewelry in as soon as the needle is pulled through since it bleeds like no tomorrow and instantly begins to swell. Uncomfortable for the first little while but as the weeks go by the throbbing subdues significantly. The ex was a far cry from having the least bit of success during her healing process.. it rejected - which is incredibly gnarly to the fullest extent. ah, poor girl. I did her friends as well, same procedure taken only hers healed up very very nice to say the least.
I can see the ladies lining up for this....not.

Maybe this is why she is your ex?

I've known women with pierced labias, and never found it particularly attractive, sometimes got in the way of things, never felt good on the tongue and usually made me think of increased bacteria. Then you start adding chains, studs, more rings, etc, and you literally sometimes can't see the forest for the trees.

Ma Nature did a pretty good job designing the female body. I've yet to see tats or piercings that make anyone more attractive, but there are sure a lot that have made them less attractive.

No tats, no piercings is what I'm attracted too.

....will I do a gal with tats and pericings? ....if the price is low enough, and its seems like every SP has some tats so there really is no option.

I like tats and piercings.

The problem I've noticed is pierced nipples may make them super sensitive. I do like sucking, nibbling nipples and sometimes they prefer very limited attention.
