I have never asked for it. A few ladies have initiated it and it was enjoyable but not something I would consider necessary. It's a very intimate and personal thing. I imagine most guys would disagree. Maybe I'm just a bit old-fashioned. I love utilizing my lips, mouth and tongue but decidedly more in the lower anatomy.
