There is no way I am throwing away a 25 dollar hat cause thats how much these stupid things cost. Plus I have to walk with hat hair rest of the day. Dumb!

Josh Donaldson hit three home runs today, and in their confusion, the fans started throwing their hats onto the field.

A nice tribute to a truly great player.
Not sure why you'd think it was "confusion"?!?
Fans knew exactly what they were doing. It was a classy touch, the Canadian way!!!

one tough SOB

knee's are pretty painful when they get hit like that and his staying in the game shows what his attitude is

glad the Toronto fans paid tribute to his great effort

But you'll drop $100+ on a regular basis to get your dick wet and not think twice?
It's all about having fun and being in the moment.
Why is that dumb? :)

Edwin Encarnacion hat trick in 2015 - coincidentally almost a year to the day
Hats on the field about the 2:50 mark

A complete A's pantsing by the Jays. Moneyball my ass Billy-boy.
Not a die-hard T.O. fan- but give credit where it's due for sure.

The trade was more than that. BB knew that Donaldson had great value and the A's do not play the money game that way. Traded him while he still had value, and got Lawrie ( you failed to mention the bigger part of the trade), Kendall Graverman, probably the A's best pitcher.

It's Graveman, he's definitely come into his own this year but I'd do that deal again anytime, anywhere!!!
How'd Brett Lawrie work out?
