Great news, this piece of shit and his piece of shit mother both caught.

The judge made the right call - since he was a minor at the time, he would have only served 1-2 years then his record expunged when he turned 18. She could probably tell he was a screwup and would get in trouble later...which he did. Now they can nail him with no reservations.Keep them in Mexican jails and take as much time as possible with the extradition process.
Probation for killing four people? American justice, for the rich, by the rich.
I assume that is what he will get. The next judge won't want to look like a national idiot.apparently the most they can charge him for jumping ship is 120 days, justice not served at all
He is still a minor though. The judge made the right call - since he was a minor at the time, he would have only served 1-2 years then his record expunged when he turned 18. She could probably tell he was a screwup and would get in trouble later...which he did. Now they can nail him with no reservations.
I think that is how long it is before he turns 19. If he violates probation after he turns 19 then he is going to jail for a long time.apparently the most they can charge him for jumping ship is 120 days, justice not served at all
problem is he is already a flight risk, whats the say he wont jump ship to another country, this time with no extradition to the US.I think that is how long it is before he turns 19. If he violates probation after he turns 19 then he is going to jail for a long time.
I don't think he'll take flight within the continental US, probably to another resort country like the bahamas or something. The idiot went to one of the most popular resort towns for Texans (WHERE THE KIDS FROM) and tried to hide out there (lol that turned out bad for him).Bear in mind this is US and they have different laws in each state.
Interstate flight to avoid prosecution is a federal crime. Can't say who will take jurisdiction.
