I totally agree with you. Especially if you can go out with the provider before the actual session i.e. movie, dining etc, it makes the experience a lot more memorable. That is what I did and I don't regret it. It was worth every penny spent!!

I would submit that both of the terms lady and gentleman are useful and respectful when used appropriately. They refer to one's conduct and need not be derogatory in any way.

Of course, as with any terms, they can be mis-used in derogatory or demeaning ways. If one equates being ladylike with simply being a decorative background for males, then the term is being mis-used.

There is no single set of rules for being a lady or a gentleman. In my view, if you typically conduct yourself in such a way that those around you feel they have your respect, then you are a lady or a gentleman.
