It always amazes me how her operation backers can get ahead of the seller's market and use an old Vancouver home as an incall before it is available for public sale. All her southeast Vancouver operations are/were within walking distance of where I live (Joyce/Collingwood/Killarney/Rupert/Kingsway/Victoria/E. 33rd to E. 49th). They all are older homes built in the 60's and have 4 bedrooms for 4 working girls.
For example, a few years ago the incall house was right at the corner of E. 45th and Victoria Drive. It operated for about 3 months, then a for sale sign was put up. Sold and now a Caucasian family happily occupies the same rooms where hundreds of men created a pool of sperm and damaged all the baseboards.
Now there's a for sale sign up for the former Clarendon incall and I'd imagine another house in the vicinity is being used.
The other Chinese operations did this as well. One was across the old Eldorado Motel (now Eldorado Mews) on Kingsway at Nanaimo. Operated an incall in a 50's era house, sold, then torn down. We're talking years ago, but I remember multiple homes near Kingsway and Arlington/Lincoln. These were newer homes built in the 80's/90's but again, used as an incall before being sold to the public.
