Anyone know who the meanest mutha fucker divorce lawyer is?

I actually went thru all this 11 yrs ago.
got taken to the cleaners for a few mil ,
i did my due dilegence and paid and paid and paid , put the kids thru best university's etc. was not late on payments etc.
the financials are done.....
but during the first part , the ex, grabbed a stash of cash i could not claim amongst other things , then hooked up with best freind with my $ and are happy campers.
11 yrs later he comes into big $ and now she wants to marry him as she is getting fat and ugly and does not want to lose it....
We had never really signed the actual divorce papers , and now she served me and wants my signature , nothing else ...
i,m going hmmmmmm???? I want get backs and a BIG signing bonus.
the word that stands out to the judge is reconciliation....which will never happen , but she has not been that faithful to her new guy and has a habit of drinking too much wine and coming over to my place for a just for the memory fuck.....
so , am thinking of telling the judge , she fucks me and we talk about getting back together and i will forget about it for 500 k..........
oh how i love patience and get backs i,m not signing anything and will shit disturb unless i get my hush money.
I need to find the meanest lawyer who would love to get into this.
I dont care about the $ as i will give to the kids.

hehehe, believe me , i let it go .... it was hard for a few yrs as normal , but really .....i ,m soooooo over it and feeeeeling realllly good and doing well both mentally and financially , however this little thang just poped up yesterday and i go "wtf?" just before xmas .... she was always a bimbo and could not think and her timing was awful at the best.

A nice letter through your lawyer explaining that you had thought that the "booty calls" were leading to reconciliation and a "second chance" at the relationship sounds like just the thing. You could enumerate your memories of the most recent "booty calls" and how you continue to be in love with her and unable to even look at another woman. You could also explain that you had always been encouraged / hopeful because she had left the divorce uncompleted which gave you the belief that she wanted to be able to return to your loving arms.

Something that springs out from the OP, why don't people finish off their divorces? You know how quickly she would be back if you had struck it rich in the interim.

i took the booty call because i,m a GUY and why not..... but NEVER ever with intentions of getting back with her ,,,, and yes i should have finished the divorce. actually 12 yrs now. and it just slipped out of priority and never thought about it. until i got served and i know what she is doing. If you've been living apart for 11 years, you have been ordered to pay child support, and since that time she took up residence with another man I think you would be hard pressed to argue that reconciliation was a possibility no matter how many bootie calls or how "mean" your lawyer may be. Also, possibly "good" or even "well versed in matters of family law" may be more what you're looking for than "mean". Lots of mean people are terrible at their jobs.

A "signing bonus" would come across as exactly what it is, extortion, and would be treated as such. It is possible for her to get a contested divorce but it will drag everyone through the mud and is costly and will eat up everyone's' lives for months. All your lives, including yours.

Going to court over most things is a shitty idea unless there is no other choice. It's always more expensive, time consuming and inconvenient than you think it will be. Always.
