Who doesn't know the SP they are seeing is 14? This scum bag is a huge piece of shit, but what about the families of these girls? Where were they?

A Vancouver man targeted 11 vulnerable teenage girls for his prostitution ring, luring them with offers of life in high-end condos, spending money and unlimited drugs, a prosecutor said Wednesday.
Reza Moazami, 29, has pleaded not guilty to 36 criminal charges including living on the avails of a juvenile, threatening to use violence, sexual assault and human trafficking.
The alleged offences involving the girls, aged between 14 and 19, took place from February 2009 to October 2011, when the accused was arrested by police.
In her opening statement, Crown counsel Damienne Darby told B.C. Supreme Court Justice Catherine Bruce that each of the alleged victims was struggling in her own way, some with pre-existing addictions, most with family and school difficulties.
"The girls will describe how Mr. Moazami presented a very alluring picture of a lifestyle as escorts, living in upscale condos, being able to afford expensive clothes, getting their hair and their nails done, going to tanning salons," Darby said.
The evidence will show that once the girls were working for him, he used a variety of strategies, ranging from coercion and intimidation to humiliation and outright violence to ensure they continued to make money for him, she said.
Moazami began by taking pictures of the girls using a cellphone camera and posting ads on escort websites, Darby said.
"He provided condoms, cellphones and work clothes. He rented all of the locations, most of them high-end condominiums in the downtown (Vancouver) core."
She said the girls were expected to work long hours, seven days a week.
Moazami took six of the girls out of the city to work in prostitution - to Edmonton, Victoria, Calgary and Toronto, said Darby.
Moazami actively encouraged and facilitated alcohol and drug use, to help them deal with their day as prostitutes, she added. "It also made them increasingly dependent upon them."
A variety of drugs - including cocaine, OxyContin and date rape drugs - were provided, mostly free of charge, said Darby.
Initially, the accused offered to pay the girls half their earnings, but then changed that arrangement, said Darby. Some of the girls were paid nothing, she said.
When the girls tried to leave, he would find them and try hard to re-recruit them, said the Crown.
"Only one will say she was allowed to leave in peace. He pursued the other 10 ... and re-recruited seven of them, some of them more than once."
The victims cannot be identified due to a publication ban.
