Since the other thread was started on the negative, I figured it would be more appropriate to start this on the positive. There have already been some suggestions on that thread, but I thought it would be better to start a separate thread for people to give suggestions on how to make the Edmonton/Calgary section of perb a useful place once again.

Since i just gave my thoughts to the previous thread sems only right to offer a solution. I'm not a veteran hobbyist as some guys are here and perhaps my ideas are off base so i apologize in advance for some suggestions that may be off the wall but as a PERB member, I want to contribute.
A pictures section would be most welcome.
Let non advertisers participate, one thing the other board does that i like is the trial advertising they are allowed, this must lead to more advertising overall.
THis one is tricky as i'm not 100% sure of the rules in general but the Mods here are great and i have not ever had an issue so let them be more apart of things like the reviews and topics. Maybe even a few more are needed, who knows. I heard the mods can't review under their mod names, rumor only so i apologize if this is B.S.

Ok great suggestions so far. Keep them coming. At the https://terb.cc forum we allow reviewers to link to the ad whether advertiser is a paid or not. Something for us to consider here at https://perb.cc also
There use to be a picture section on perb but it took so much ban width, which lead to the section being shut down.
The mods here are incredible, even when a gal pushs the limits of links and such in her profile. They dont immediately ban you. They seem to understand that drama is apart of this sub-culture, so they don't take it to the levels other boards do. Dont let them leave, please !!
The other board has a front page advertising that is worth it's weight in gold. Something to consider.
Encourage more reviews, good and the bad
White Knights are nice but the boys need to be able to say what they want to say without feeling they are going to get jumped on if they write a bad review of someone who they didn't connect with. We can't all be great sp's all the time. This business is so much more then sex.
Be helpful to new people finding their way around, with actual answers to questions, instead of Blah Blah. Even this board like the other one isn't that helpful with the newbies coming into our culture. Be kind and karma will treat you well.

I think it would be really help fix perb if threads didn't get deleted for no reason, and no explanation sent.
Not sure that would help with all the split up - but a suggestion is a suggestion none the less.
