It is not specifically legal nor illegal, but all sorts of activity around it is illegal.
If prostitution were specifically legal, there would for sure be regulations....

Some are a bit more sensitve than others. All deserve some scrutiny.I did say local. I really cannot spare the ten hours to drive to the nearest Starbucks & back each morning...
