Really disappointing. The "new" guy and Alan don't have the same connection. The premise is too farfetched (I mean "contrived"). Loved it with Charlie Sheen. The show is over for me.

I was going to watch it but forgot...

Who is Ashton's character supposed to be anyways?
he is a super rich guy with a huge penis. It starts off with him wanting to commit sucide cause his wife/gf broke up with him. He crys gets laid by 2 women. He didn't plan it...... He is just sad.....

Stopped watching years ago.

Probably the most predictable show on television. Yoy can see every joke coming a mile away.

Tuned in to see how they'd play it, but after 20 minutes it was just the same old lame penis/std/ crap and Kutcher taking his shirt off.

I see the rating were thru the roof. 28 mil - next week it will be down to 15 then 12 etc.

I actually thought the episode was doing ok until Ashton Kutcher showed up. After that, it was pretty lame. I like Jon Cryer but he cannot carry the show AND have to carry the dead weight of Kutcher. Will be done by the end of the year.

Should we start betting when the show will be cancelled? I'm thinking before Christmas.

btw, I'm surprised the number of his ex GF and girls who he slept with over the seasons who actually appeared in the episode

No Jake at all, and now Aunt Myra is Bridgette?
Or maybe Herb will be on the show, and remember its his sister!

This episode was lame. Ashton's character makes him look stupid - he is basically taking over from Jake which is not nearly as funny.
It seems they have transferred his role from "That 70's Show" which I sensed in the first episode.

I will give it one more shot and then it will be on my list of shows I might watch when there are no other choices.

It drew a staggering 20 million this week (I wasn't one of them, I'm proud to say).

That's down from 28 mil the first week, but I really thought it would drop off more. Now, if 8 million more drop off next week they really are in trouble.

The show's viewership is expected to stabilize near 12.5 Million which was the average during Sheen's time. The show made an estimated $ 150 Million annually with 12 million viewers. With the numbers and ratings of the first 2 episodes so far, Chuck Lorre and CBS is probably asking themselves why they didn't fire Sheen sooner.

it's all about the advertisers and dollars are tight.

If the show falls off on a steady downward spiral the advertisers will move to shows where they get a better bang for their buck. When ratings fall below the lowest of the Sheen years all bets are off.

I wouldn't invest in this turkey just yet.

Entourage was a great show although I felt like the last season and a half or two they were kind of losing their way/spinning their wheels somewhat. Jeremy Piven was great as was much of the supporting cast. will enjoy the reruns
I love HBO's Entourage. The closest thing to what really happens in Hollywood. Well, 100% there's gonna be a movie though after the final season. Yes, Jeremy Piven was awesome playing Ari Gold inspired by top agent and founder of Endeavor Ari Emmanuel which is merged with William Morris. I'd say the luckiest guy in the bunch is Turtle, hotties loves his character in the show and visit the studio regularly just to meet him in person. :) :)

Yep totally agree with most of you guys review on the "replacement" he hasn't earned that role by any means, they needed someone who's real life is as gritty and extreme as Charlies. Everyone loves watching a car wreck and Ashton is so squeaky clean its ridiculous. I know now why I watched the show the past however many years its been on and he's not on it now so blahhhhhh.. NEXT!
