Peace:
both sides are right: From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia:
-“Jap is an English abbreviation of the word "Japanese."
-"Today it is generally regarded as an ethnic slur" although English-speaking countries differ in the degree to which they consider the term offensive."
-"In Singapore[11] and Hong Kong,[12] the term is used freely as a contraction of the adjective "Japanese" rather than as a derogatory term."
-“The Australian news service Asia Pulse also uses the term.[13] In 1970, the Japanese fashion designer Kenzo Takada opened the "Jungle Jap" boutique in Paris”
I am also sensitive to derogatory abbreviations and it is not an abbreviation I would use, and would prefer it not to be used, however, reading the dictionary, it seems to be mostly an issue of intent and/or location of user, when using that abbreviation. Since the original poster prefaces his abbreviation by referring to a smoking hot body, it is doubtful he was intending it to be derogatory. It may well be the original question asker originated from Hong Kong or Singapore or is otherwise a non English speaking (as a first language) person and is not versed on nuance -after all we are a nation of immigrants.
