BBBJ and DATY are very different in the risks they pose.

BBBJ is vastly different than DATY with regards to risks - both for the man and the woman.

BBBJ is high risk for the woman contracting the following: Chlamydia, Gonorrhea and Syphilis. HPV, herpes, shingilla and Hep A may also be transferred (though not as frequently). And we now know that BBBJ also increases a womans risk for cancers of the mouth and throat by about 40%.

BBBJ Risks to the man (the glands at the back of the throat are breeding grounds to transmit the following) Syphilis, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, NGU and herpes.

DATY ~ The only thing which can be transferred via DATY is herpes. Not that anybody wants anything, but it is significantly lower risk than BBBJ. It should also be noted that it is considered rare for a man to contract this by preforming oral.

Don't take my word for it. Click the link below to educate yourself and find the appropriate risk tolerance for you.

I can't imagine not DATY nor getting a good BJ. Mostly have been covered but a few were BBBJ.

Some of my most memorable pooning included some hot DATY. If it were 'faked' then they deserve an Oscar IHMO.

I do struggle though with the line between what we all know as 'safe' vs just going for it in the moment.

And we now know that BBBJ also increases a womans risk for cancers of the mouth and throat by about 40%.
Percentages are interesting things. 40% increase of a 1 in 10,000,000 chance is actually negligible. Now I wholly support an SP's desire to pick the kind of BJ she delivers but really if you are going to go on spouting off about BBBJ and cancer how about addressing the 60+% of SPs who inhale the following daily?

From the Health Nurses' Blog

Risks for men when receiving oral sex:

The most common sexually transmitted infections (STI) that are transmitted via oral sex are gonorrhea, syphilis and chlamydia. Often there are no symptoms when people have these infections in the throat.

If someone has herpes simplex on the mouth (cold sores) this could pass to the genitals. A good resource for herpes information is:

www.herpesresourcecenter.com.

www.sexualityandu.ca/adults/sti-1-3.aspx

The risk of getting HIV is considered negligible (we have not been able to find any documented cases).

Risks for the person performing oral sex on a woman:

The STI risks include herpes, syphilis and possibly hepatitis B. Even if a woman had chlamydia or gonorrhea it would be difficult to pass these infections to the throat of the person performing oral sex.

The risk of getting HIV is considered extremely low. STI’s such as herpes or syphilis can increase the risk of HIV.

Risks for a woman when receiving oral sex:

Herpes and syphilis are the STI most likely to be spread when receiving oral sex.

Risks for the person performing oral sex on a man:

The most common infections that can pass to the throat are gonorrhea, syphilis and chlamydia.

HIV is a known risk but is considered very low. Ejaculate (cum) in the mouth can increase the risk if you have open sores, bleeding gums or a throat infection.

Hepatitis B and herpes is also a risk.

In summary:

Oral sex is lower risk than vaginal or rectal sex for HIV.
Most people with STI do not notice symptoms so we recommend regular testing.
Infectious such as chlamydia, gonorrhea and syphilis are 100% curable, but if left untreated can sometimes cause irreversible damage to the body.
Hepatitis B vaccination will protect you and is free at our clinics or your public health unit.
Having an infection such as herpes or syphilis can increase the risk of HIV.

To reduce the risks associated with oral sex men can wear condoms and dental dams can be used for vaginal contact.

HPV and oral sex.

There is growing evidence that some types of human papillomavirus (HPV) can be transmitted from the genitals to the mouth and from the mouth to the genitals.

There is also growing evidence that some types of HPV may be linked with oral cancer.

We will update you if we find any more conclusive information.

My view:
BBBJ (kind of goes without saying) IS a BARE BACK SERVICE. No arguments I hope.
DATY (here's the controversial statement I've been afraid to make) IS ALSO a BARE BACK SERVICE.

Yes you are 100% correct JPR, both are bare back services and both are not SAFE!

~ I love to orgasm :) So, knowing my body and my mind as well as I do and knowing the difficulty I sometimes have in achieving orgasm by way of DATY I offer a gent toys to use on me or he can take in the view as I provide a little show using a toy on myself! I find this is a great turn on for many clients.BunnyHugs
JessicaPRabbit
Jessica, I would say that you are on the right track. For many it is a turn on when their partner is having a great time. And while I admit I enjoy DATY, if it is something that doesn't work for you, then it is what it is. Providing toys and/or toy shows so that you have fun, as evidenced by your statement seems to provide the desired outcome.

One of these days I'll get myself to the west side and introduce myself. Until then, please stay your happy, bouncy self. :)

Like I said, i believe that Bj's are the divine creators invention for keeping women quiet and thin:)

Covered or not... I am a true Cock worshipper!
Cbj or BBbj I love em all big or small.

I am still hoping that some ladies will write in response to my original query;
Is it health reasons you offer Daty but not Bbbj!? Or is it a "gross" factor? Thanks to the few who have replied!

Because I worked for agencies in the 80s and mid 90s DATY was never on the menu. In the agencies I worked for it was considered unclean. So, I was surprised to find it so often on the menu these days.

I had some really crumby first experiences with DATY (or Cunningless) back in my late teens and it has never turned me on since. I had a SO who really enjoyed it and I allowed him, under careful instruction, to partake for his own pleasure, but, I didn't fake anything I didn't feel...he still liked it, got horny, fucked well....

But, DATY with a long term intimate friend is quite different than with a sudden stranger. It is easy to hurt the delicate flesh of the pussy when the partner does not understand what the woman's boundaries are, and for an sp it can make subsequent sex with other clients painful.

This is why it was not partaken by escorts seeing multiple calls in a single evening.

I mean, you (any client) can tell me you are excellent at giving DATY and every escort you do it too has multiple orgasms:) but, you do not know what I like and dislike just by knowing me for the first 10 minutes of a call...and do you want to spend the next 20 minutes of your time learning how to do me? ha ha! Wouldn't you rather me do you?

Plus, I have always associated DATY and kissing as intimate acts that one shares with a special person. Fucking, good ole fucking, has seemed to me as more of a sport.:)

The fact that swapping spit is a way of passing viruses and bacteria just adds to the whole concept of sharing these acts with an SO, rather than someone who is with multiple partners.

But, hey...that's just me...and anyone can draw the line wherever they please!

BTW HPV is in epidemic proportions in college age students....cannot wait for the stats on that in the next 10 years.

Your post reminds me why I am still not a pooner. And why I won't be....so thanks.
Dood, from reading your posts on Perb you strike me as exactly the kind of client most SP's would appreciate having, which is precisely why you should be a pooner. God knows these great ladies have to put up with way too many jerks in this business.

And best of all. I think you would actually enjoy it. It would help you to unwind and relax.

Believe it or not, there are actually many wonderful women in this business who actually enjoy giving pleasure to their clients. When you find one of these gems, you'll know. It's worth it!

Mimi I love what you've written. It expresses a great deal of what I think as well, in so far as the intimacy of exchange fluids including mouth to mouth.

I am in the same place you are with Daty never really having turned me on, until very recently anyway. I still don't mind some amount most days, and some days I could enjoy it ~ with someone I care about ~ for hours. Still, there are days I don't like it at all.

You're so right when you say it seems nearly EVERY guy pronounces to provide the best oral ever and goes on about how every girl he's ever performed it on has told him so... Rolling my eyes and giggling!

As for a new client giving a girl multiple O's in a short period of time ...the majority of guys who say this all seem to follow up with "it had to be real or she's deserving of an Oscar". I honestly can't count how many men have said that to me. Would a girl say anything else with the guys face in her place doing his best to give her pleasure? No! She's not likely to say "well, it's ok, not as good as I've had but it's ok". Giggling again.

Sigh... Effort counts for everything so regardless if your truly the best at Daty or bj, if you really are putting effort into it, it is likely to be enjoyable for everyone!

DATY (or Cunningless)
Mimi, the proper term for DATY is Cunnilungus.
Wow!! I have been spelling that wrong for years!
3rd time is always a charm: 'Cunnilingus'.
Hmmm, I always thought it was cunninglinguist, which I presumed was Latin meaning slippery, sly tongue.

I suppose I've been getting infellatio wrong too, and is it sodomy or sodome....all I know is I'm definitely not a sodomight. ;)
