I wasn`t aware any of these things were known risks of STDs like syphillis, gonnorhea, and chlamydia. Which, while undergoing treatment = downtime where she cannot work which = loss of income = which is fully preventable by not doing the bbbj; which is totally not the topic of this really old thread about bbfs.

I think what he was trying to say is that you should only do BBFS with a girlfriend. Not a SP, not some drunk chick from the bar who swears she's on birth control, but only with someone you are in a monogamous, committed relationship with.
Although some guys say that they have been offered BBFS, it is largely a myth, especially among any SP that cares about herself. The ladies know that to make $$ they need to stay healthy and clean and as soon as they loose control over that, it is all down hill from there. So likely if a guy is offered BBFS chances are it is from a girl that has some major health issues and is looking to score a quick buck to replace the money that she used to earn.
Have to admit after enjoying this hobby for over 3 years, which is not a long time, I have seen a fair number of women across a large demographic and I have not once been offered BBFS. Not do I know of any guy that has taken an offer of same. I think a lot of people on this forum are pretty well educated and know the risk they take if they indulge.
I've never been offered and never asked for bbfs but i have seen it advertised once or twice on craigslist.

Thanks for not reading a damn word I wrote. I'm only pointing out the irony/hypocrisy and laughable logic - that people are scared shitless of anything bareback because of its inherent "health and safety risk", but do things in their normal day to day life that are 100 times riskier on paper, but don't bat an eyelash over it (ie - smoking, txting while driving, etc) - which could result in instant death (well, not smoking lol). And the other point - even if anyone did do bbfs (guy or girl), nobody would ever actually publicly admit to doing so. So much like that recent bbbj poll, I think it's completely bogus, and not nearly an accurate depiction of the real statistics.
Mizz Martinez was confirmed to have done this sometime last year with a perb member.
Personally I think any guy seeking bbfs or Sp's offering such service should be black listed on some kind of 'do not date list' as it puts the whole community at risk.
It would be more accurate to say she had uncovered sex with a guy she was dating, who when she broke it off with him, wanted to continue to see her and agreed to have paid appts with her. Her appt sessions were cfs, not bbfs, and the term bbfs would not even be used in this case since fs is a paid sex term, not a bf/gf term. right, but good for you for trying to create a little misinformation.
Was she dumb to have uncovered sex with a relatively new boyfriend? Of course, and that would be something she would not do again. But I do think that what she does in her personal life (or any sp for that matter) is her business, and guys need to be smart about what they do, or ask sps to do for them.
re: bbfs, there is another board where guys brag about who they have done bbfs with, and how much if anything, and I suppose they are trying to brag about just how much more awesome they are from regular clients because they get this extra service. They do name names, but imo it is simply another way to discredit sps who don't do bbbjs or because it is Toronto, they may not even do bjs or fs at all, but be mp girls who only do hjs in the r&t places which is legal.

While I agree with what you are saying and I'm not trying to create a pissing match- I think you would have to agree the fact that BBBJs (and to a lesser extent unprotected DATY) are becoming far more common in the Vancouver scene. Therefore the risks of bbfs and the associated risk of STI's are more likely to be spread amongst the community as opposed to everything being covered like your post mentions. Anyways, My point was not to get into the technicalities of STI's being passed around, just stating that bbfs should not be happening in this industry.
Actually the point of my post was not to be vicious because I am unhappy with an SP. First of all I have never seen nor plan to see Mizz Martinez. Another poster had asked if this kind of activity even happened at all or if it was just an urban myth... My point was just that yes it does happen and that such behavior is very irresponsible given the nature of this industry.
I'm sorry if people took my post out of context, I understand everyone makes mistakes and it was not my intention to open old wounds so to speak but simply to remind all the naysayers that this kind of activity does happen on occasion and the consequences are scary to say the least.

No, they aren't any more natural than a regular condom. They just cost way more.
