Possibly.... BUT Maybe she is somewhere in the middle, like Parksville or Qualicum Beach, and wants to make sure both areas see her ad. One of my faves in Duncan used to post in Victoria and Nanaimo.
Well, she is currently in the Fraser Valley, Richmond, Nelson, Comox Valley and Nanaimo...pretty amazing if she is servicing all those areas. $250/hr but $500 for overnight should be an obvious red flag to anyone.
