Vicegrip Garage -- if you've ever worked on some junker in the dirt you'll understand and enjoy this.

Alex Taylor Racing -- cute chick goes fast. Her dad, Dennis Taylor, builds cars that go fast (separate channel with some crossover).

Fortnine -- if you like motorcycles, obscure facts and wry humour, Ryan has you covered.

Rick Beato -- From 'What makes this song great?' to some great guests who talk about what makes music great.

The Hockey Guy -- love him or hate him, he's still doing it the old-fashioned way after a decade!

And about a dozen "we bought a shithole and are renovating it" series. Check out the beginning of Jenna Phipps and the place she bought in North Van. They recently made the front page of the NY Times for the work they have been doing. It's really interesting and entertaining in the early going but after 100+ episodes (for me at least) the novelty has worn off.

One I've been watching lately is Yee Yee Life. Basic premise: a dude named Parker sees how many of a particular object (cutting boards, barrels of water, blocks of lead, etc.) can stop a wide range of bullets from a small 22 up to a 50-caliber rifle bullet.
