Maybe they’re afraid they’ll die and won’t be anybody to look after the pets.

Maybe they’re afraid they’ll die and won’t be anybody to look after the pets.

Maybe they've lost their jobs and can't afford to feed their pets. Or maybe any number of other reasons. In any case, it's sad.

Our dog is a major contributor to our therapy during these difficult times. It would be shattering if we had to give her up for any reason.
