There are prophylactics one can take if you fear you have had accidental exposure to HIV. However prophylactics usually need to be started within the first 48 hrs. You don't necessarily need evidence that youve had exposure, but if the likelyhood is higher, then the doctor can place you on the drugs.
Typically, the treatment is one month of AZT (Zidovudine) and C3T (Lamivudine). However the physician can make a different combination.

BUT..
my puppy however, feels quite differently about these yumm tasty treats.
Last time she couldn't get over how lucky she was to come upon such a delicacy..just lying there, tasty looking..just for her! she thinks, better not let anyone see it! Just eat it now before they steal it from me.
then, she's eaten her tasty treat.. the treat's gone, she thinks...satisfied she was faster than any of us were in taking it away from her. Great relief, satisfied that the tasty treat is gone without anyone knowing and leaving no evidence behind. Proud of herself for pulling it off and that it's gone for good............

The next day I notice her running around in a freakishly way, twisting her body seemingly trying inspect what's going on in her back area. I guess it must feel weird to her cause she just keeps jumping around, well more like twitching but doens't seen to make any chances or improvements to her predicament.
I'm LMAO at that time, asking her what the hell she's doing (or on!) going back and forth through th house twiching and trying to get her face around her butt area..and not in pain or anything
Ok.. finally, I figure I should help her out and get to the bottom of this, well her bottom. Get her to calm down, pull her tail up to see what is driving her this crazy. 2 reactions:
1st ~ Uncontrollable laughter at what I'm seeing: a pink condom, hanging out of her bum ...but the rolled up top part is, yes, stuck.
2nd Reaction ~ Aww Fuck... now I have to get it out..
btw.. she still loves condoms, they make great treats for her..especially the flavored ones. i have to hide them very carefully..
