Both agencies have hit or misses, it really depends. LFL uses a lot of fake pics as well as a lot of expensive rates for some girls (eg. 260 to 300/45)
go read some of the reviews from these agencies so you can kinda pinpoint out
Just like JizzM said, it is best to look at each provider individually and look for reviews.
