REALLY old guy here. Looks like you have done a good job of research already. Have listed all good ones "in your price range". I agree with the other comments that you should try and move into the $220 to $250 range.
BUT - back to your list. I have been with most of them, and my thought is that Coco and Cindy are your best bets - bang for your buck. I have been fairly regular going to New Star, (pre-Covid) and enjoy their good clean place.
Cindy is best over-all service for a newby. She will be good to you. Book her ahead of time to avoid being uncomfortable with just walking in. Coco would be a GREAT firsttimer experience. PROBLEM is you need to catch her on a GOOD day.
