Yeah “Jessika” and “Ana” sure look alike and are posing in the same bed/bedroom. Running two phone numbers on two ads and one is verified...not good signs IMO lol. I’m guessing as soon as you pay and start “partying” the BF or maybe it’s her ”brother” will bust in freaking out about “She’s only ...” this or “blah blah blah” that and maybe try to squeeze you for more if you look gullible or scared as you’re rushed out. This thread is of relevance to my interests. Anyone TOFFT with this Anna 6925? Kinda dodgy ad but ya never know!. UPDATE: did a little pic sleuthing on Leos and found two ads for eighteen year olds, both gals looking awfully similar to each other and both ads lacking significant details. All in all, this is smelling exactly like the "suddenly got uncomfortable after donation was made so boyfriend has to kick you out" scam/model going around right now. I recommend a hard pass/strong avoid.

The legal age to consent to prostitution is 18 across Canada.18 is not an adult in BC. 19 is.
Oh I also read it was 19 somewhere but guess you're right. Seems risky though as that is still high school age.The legal age to consent to prostitution is 18 across Canada.

I think the 19 comes from the ability to enter into a contract. Prostitution may be considered entering into a contract. I have been told by several people that they were not allowed to work for an agency until they were 119.Oh I also read it was 19 somewhere but guess you're right. You can legally contract at 18 and in some instances less than 18 (generally if the contract benefits you) * the less than 18 doesn't apply to sex work.I think the 19 comes from the ability to enter into a contract. Criminal law is federal jurisdiction. BC provincial law cannot over ride the age of consent as set out in the Criminal Code. BC can have provincial laws for the protection of children but you can’t be prosecuted criminally for having sex and paying for it with an 18 year old.The link from Miss Hunter includes a link to BC child protection laws that apply IN ADDITION to the federal laws. A "child" in BC is someone under the age of 19.
Provinces can do a lot to make somebody's life uncomfortable. Take Ontario sex offender registry. Apparently, being placed there is not a punishment in the criminal law sense, so the province is allowed to define the rules for that registry.Criminal law is federal jurisdiction.
