How About a thank you for the information provided instead of picking apart how it was all gathered. I'm sure people who have teenaged daughters who may read this might just be be keeping a very wAtchful eye for the next while on their own daughters and privately passing on this information to others who may have teenage or young daughters. Thank you Natalia for bringing this to our attention as we would otherwise be unaware that this creep is living here and doing what he is.
Children are resilient little creatures. One may monitor them at home but there's always school with their friends. There's a will there's a way !! I wonder how many elementary schools and high schools confiscate cell phones daily from kids playing with them during school hours
This is all comparative to parents who turn a blind eye to their teenagers who socially drink in their homes because they would rather know what they are doing and have them save in their homes. This mother wasn't even turning a blind eye here and all of this redirects from the purpose of the post and that's to make us all aware of what's going on

I go with cal Border Services and put them on this person .They may get interested if he entered illegally or lied to get in. They may get interested if they could be looked at when he does anything wrong here. Like FBing anyone under the age of consent.
I take it no one knows his whereabouts now. While I would never suggest that anyone ever do anything illegal, or unethical a hello we just dropped by to say hello and introduce ourselves and by the way are you Mr _____ who is wanted in Montana for ______ and did you happen to FB a 10 year old girl , and did we mention we know where you live and .....
but then i live on the prairies and may not have developed the appropriate level of social skills
