A friend asked me for help finding resources for escorts outside of North America.
This led me down a small rabbit hole. All the resources for escorts that I've found, for except for a few countries, are all hot garbage.
Even in countries where it's legalized.
The perb/merb/terb forums are a golden treasure chest compared to to those resources, and they're free.

You guys have no idea how good you have it....

If any of you miss the Craigslist days, go look up escorts in other countries and you tell me we don't have it good here.

We're still a niche market within a niche market. Regardless of what providers and clients think, only a very small percentage of the population actually participates in pay to play.
And a person would only care about perb/terb/merb if you were in that city. So there's not much chance of it being world famous.

Oh man, in a country like Japan you'd need hand holding for sure. It's very insular.
But once you manage to get through the process and learn the ropes it must be crazy awesome there.

I was really surprised about this. I mean there are agencies and such but so much of it looks like word of mouth, and trial and error.

Out of curiosity, did you manage to find a descent place of two that would except you as a customer ?

I spent a descent amount of time there years ago , was a good thing I spoke basic Japanese. Meeting anyone who spoke any English , was much more rare than I had imagined it would be , before spending time there .

OP makes a good point. I spent my years wandering the wastelands of LL ads, really having no idea to expect when opening the door. As if this hobby needs to be more anxiety inducing. I have learned so much about how to not only pick the right provider/angency, but how to be a good client as well. It's should be required reading. Reddit board R/sex workers is a pretty good resource too, you want to learn how to get the best experience by being the best kind of client

I had the same experience in London, and ended up with a very disappointing session that wasn’t worth the money or effort. We are so damn lucky in this country with both the variety of ladies and the ERB’s to guide the way.

If you do enough research you will find lots of action in Japan. What you want to do is to find businesses that cater to foreigners. Roppongi is a great place to start in Japan.

Soaplands that cater to foreigners is where the big action goes down.

If you are lucky enough after connecting all the dots with the right amount of bling you can have sessions with Japanese pornstars.

Once I found the secret to know who was working or not the downtown scene turned into an explosion of mind screwing adventures. Years ago bombshell beauties used to come to the resort I was staying at for action in my resort room. In the day time or night I know of places where you can book ladies that will blow your mind with experiences that you never though could exist. I am talking out of this world Spanish ladies that break through that fantasy dream and become a reality.

I am so used to bait and switches where the photos are so far off from reality. Especially when its home city or Canada local. It was for sure a breath of fresh air to have these unreal photos perfectly match up face to face when connecting for the first time in person. I know its not all easy 123 in mexico. Apart from telling us you had a great time in Mexico, you haven’t shared any info on “the secret” to amazing wild times, which resort you used, or the “safe zones”. So, the point is valid that we are lucky to have a PERB community, that generally shares free and useful information, as opposed to other countries, including Mexico.

I dug up my old thread on Japan Here. If I recall correctly Roppongi red light district does a lot of upselling. You'd end up spending way more at the soaplands there then you'd think you should had. I think they'll end up ripping you off for nearly $400 to get what you want.
