Any info would be much appreciated!

I was in contact with her the end of July and she said she would be here 3 months, and to give her a couple hours notice to have an appointment. But wait a week because she was sick.

When I texted a week later, she said she was still sick and had been for awhile. She thought she was getting better, but still wasn't feeling right.

(She's not Japanese - I think she lived there for a while. She called me and was asking if I would help her get through some red tape with paying for her Leolist ad. It was clear talking to get that she was Chinese.)

I followed up but she stopped responding. So to hear that she's still talking about being sick...I don't know what to make of that.
