I thought I will throw something here for you to know what Yoko likes and possibly some other fine ladies like it as well.....
When you email, it is a good idea to introduce yourself first, and let me know what day and what time, and how long you would like to see me.
For example:
Hi my name is Gregory House M.D. and I am wondering if you are available tomorrow July 10th at noon for 1 hour.
Granted, Dr. House won't be this nice (I probably won't mind a bit of rudeness from him as that's his charm) something like this is nice and charming.
Now, take a look,

This probably won't get my reply.
Dr. House may write "lack of spelling knowledge" on his white board and say "well, this person cannot spell properly, so either he is damn or idiot. I say both."
Same with phone call booking,
'Can I come now?'
Most likely, I say NO.

I will accommodate to come in late if you have legitimate reasons (e.g. flight schedule, wife is going to have a pajama party with her BFF.) Night appointment is available with prebook (24 hours notice at least) only, and there is an extra charge of $20. My night rate will start at 8:00pm and no later than 9:30pm. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but I go to bed at 11:00 pm usually...
