Yikes marketting ideas.

Okay guys need your opinions, I spend large amount advertizing at this years superpages came out and the a few other agencies took out HUGH double page ads. Just getting the new book today I see my ads are now 5 pages in and are only full page color ads. Girls are telling me not to freak out and guys usually skip over big ads like juice ectra. This true? Should I be making sure I step up other areas of marketting like decalling a vehical? I just purchaced a new template for the website and were gonna have that up soon.
I love marketting and dont mind living a little one the edge so what could I do to help keep my ladies busy?

Paige, you don't need the big advertisements in the phonebook. Just keep up the good work and customer service and the calls will keep coming. Even if a guy calls the 'other' agencies, it will only be a one time deal and they'll eventually call you and end up staying.

If I could offer up a suggestion, the website is the best way to inform your clients about the girls you CURRENTLY have in. I don't find any use for the lineup of girls you had in, but are no longer with you. I like that on the homepage you gave the current girls - it's more informative. You should have ALL the current girls, not just one or two. (even Cali )

I know that I always overlook the big ads. I think that more and more guys are using message boards like this one to determine which SP to see. Good Luck.

I don't think anyone in the know will use the Yellow Pages anymore because they're full of cash-n-dash operators.

I think you're better off advertising on the internet because that's how the smart pooners will look for SPs. Some sites to consider:

Local newspapers are good too if they have an adult classifieds section. Examples would be SEE magazine and the Edmonton SUN.

Thanks guys your making me feel a little better. The yellow pages here are very usefull for me. I dont know if its the fact I have a milk cow on my ad or the fact most of the guys dont have computers and only have the yellow pages. I wish I had the options Calgary or Edmonton did.
Mac thanks, I try to keep the site up when girls come in but as I said before I have high expectations and a high turn around of girls as a result.
As far as Cali goes, shes working this weekend on nights cause were short staffed, and then she is off to Edmonton and Red Deer for a few days in the new covertable. Break out the wd-40 and crow bar cause she hasnt worked in awhile.

Also if girls who work for you dont meet your standards they shouldent be working for you for even 1 call, because that will burn the guys who get her before you catch on to her level of quality and even though she dosent last long with your company it will give a bad image.

Your right about prescreening but sometimes they slip through the cracks, I depend on perb, and largely on reccomendation from other ladies that are here. Its hard not being right in a major center to meet everyone. I have been very lucky so far with ladies though. Some tend to have a different face a couple weeks after thre hired though. Some all of a sudden go platinum if you know what I mean . Some are great liars but for the most part I find most are great.
As far as the advertizing I just emailed a mod for information. I did up a new site and want to show it off. Thanks for the imput though. As far as the men who have had bad experiences because of new girls. I do my very best to compensate them because without there calls letting me know it would/could be damaging.

I want to add my vote in with the camp that says

1) great service with LOTS on the menu (look how well I-N has "penetrated" this market - pun intended) will be the #1 way to get buck loads of clients (so to speak)

2) the WEB is the only place I go for "advertising" so a great web page, with portfolio shots is an essential element... forget the directories.... everyone wants CURRENT info... .and the turn over can be fairly rapid....
