Tips and gifts. Do they really make a difference in the service? My average tip is $50.00 for full service $20.00 - $25.00 for oral. Is that acceptable for a tip?
Personally, in my opinion, I think tipping an SP does make a difference, and should be done as freely as you would wait staff, hairdressers and so on. If they provide a service, and it is a good service, a tip is a must. I usually tip an SP upfront. If the service ends up being poor, I don't visit her again and cut my losses with the tip. I have on occasion, tipped an SP before, and the service was amazing, and tipped again afterwards.
Mind you, I tip the girls at the drive thru window at Tim Hortons.
