Yeah, I mean nobody likes an insult even if true sometimes. So I pretty much agree with you there. Would it be the same slap if you were called a bitch or an asshole or something too?

It's kind of ironic that of all the slang words for vagina, cunt gets people the most worked up. Cunt is derived from cunnus, which is Latin for the vulva. So, cunny & cunt are in fact much more appropriate terms than pussy or beaver, (after all, who wants their sexuality linked to a smelly rodent?).

I used it for the drama to make a statement on this forum once or twice.
I think if the word fits the meaning the feeling your trying to get at use it.

That has multiple meanings, not just a vagina. It also refers to someone who is obnoxious.
purrrsonally, I find it quite funny, that a shortened version of the *actual* Latin word for the anatomical body part has everyone's hackles up.... call me strange (wouldn't be the first time heehe) but I think I prefer cunt to pussy......
