The post outing her area was idiotic but has anyone confirmed why she suddenly opted to retire? If it's due to the post, it's understandable but the lag between the two was about a week. I hope that it's nothing serious and that she's ok.
She was new, and we don't know how familiar she was with this board. May have taken a week for her to hear about it.

I don't think the post gave out much identifiable info about her, but it may have been that when she went into the business, she didn't realize how easily she could he identified from her pics, even by people that may not have seen her. Also, the comment said "she's all over the city, " which implied she's been observed in various places, and that probably gave her even more of the creeps. Yes this time she wasn't approached, to our knowledge, but if she had such a potential close call when just starting out, I can see how it was cause for pause by her.

I once saw an SP at one of the agencies, who let me know that based on a few details I shared about my work, that she knew who I was, and by extension my co-workers and family. She knew of me, through her second job. Thankfully she brought it up to give me reassurance that she'd keep things discrete. I can't say I wasn't nervous about it for a bit.

In addition to what's been discussed above, I think "Do Not Review" should be the default policy for everyone, MP and SP, until you get permission to do otherwise. Until then just stick to necessities - things relating to safety, legitimacy, fraud, cleanliness, location, general experience etc. Imagine how disconcerting it could be for someone new to the industry (or not) discover reviews outlining in graphic detail what happened in an encounter? What if this person is also using the job as an opportunity to explore their own sexuality, only to discover those experiences shared in public, rated and critiqued, and viewed by hundreds? In terms of services offered, if it's not advertised assume it doesn't exist.
