Deposit? anyone that would send a deposit to someone on CL has more money then brains.
There was a couple of guys running ads in the US somewhere that asked for potential customers to send pictures of their faces and wieners to a fictitious SP and then posted the pictures on their own site.

Some escorts do ask for deposits when on tour, like Classy Angel. So it's not unheard of. I would probably ask for deposits if I went on a tour as well.
However, it's obviously important to research the lady and find out everything you can about her and her reputation in order to determine if she's trustworthy.
I would not recommend sending a deposit to someone that no one has heard of.
Maybe you could find out where she's from and see if there are reviews from her home city?

A deposit to book an appt (when she is traveling and pre-booking appts), okay. But a deposit to contact her? That and the age verification is not necessary or required in Canada, and to me just indicates that this is not an individual but some sort of website business based outside of Canada.
Aside from all the shady points with this SP[?], I have seen that some SPs require a deposit for longer appointments [ie, 12 hours], which seems perfectly reasonable, especially since, if the client bails, she would be out a couple grand and potentially a bunch of other business that could be booked at that time.

If it is the same girl then a big TOFTT.. regardless of the deposit dude.. decent menu items same price range.
