Actually it is christmas music........... From the "Lost Christmas Eve" by The Trans-Siberian Orchestra. Song is called Wizards in Winter. I saw them in Seattle last month.... would have made Yanni pee himself. Wildest Christmas concert I ever saw.

saw a story on the news today about it..apparently the guy is an engineer and the music is simulcast...you can tune your radio in to hear it!
