XDS texting not replying?

i tried to text XDS on both line and via regular text but they aren't responding. i wanted to try and book Finn for a duo since i saw that she does them, but i'm not getting a reply back. is this normal from them? first time trying to use them btw.

Make sure you’re not using a calling app and that you have “Show Caller ID” enabled. We’ve been very busy so you may have been lost in the volume. Apologies regardless.
