i reported it and the ad is still up, but no mention of bareback so i guess nik is allowing her to advertise ....the almighty buck !. hopefully he keeps an eye on it ,should she decide to try and slip it in (pun intended) again

There are lots of adverts on ERSlist that hint at bareback without explicitly and fully advertising it. B*A*R* for instance or the special services separate from Greek (often with the phrase 'very open minded' somewhere else in the advert). I personally think it is preferable them advertising that than hiding it, so those who care for their safety know who to avoid.
