Sorry this is somewhat a load of crap. The bit of harder and faster isn't necessarily better is true (in fact not just for women but plenty of men as well). But this knowing the deep inner workings of the female mind..... Seriously cram it. The best advice anyone can give you, unless it is the girl who you are trying to please who will give you exactly what feels good for you, is this:
