In the UK, on Adultwork, there's a function where you can put up a post to say exactly what you're looking for with a cut-off time/date for replies. SPs who are interested then reply to say if they provide those services and, if so, at what price.
Everybody knows what they're expecting. No awkward messages or conversations about limits; no extra donations, etc. When I was living in the UK I had some fantastic encounters as I was able to clearly say what I was interested in - and then the only people replying were those who were comfortable (or enthusastic!) with the same.
I've had plenty of great fun in Canada, too, and met some brilliant people - but there are so many back and forths about the general areas where someone might be working, what sort of outfits they might have, services on offer, whether certain things are included, or not, or extra - and so on, and so on.
