I paid big bucks to get out of all my contracts, I am SO DONE. I am switching to Wind next week. I can't stand the big 3. Just look at their underhanded bids to compete by launching/buying these seperate companies:

DONT GO TO WIND......specially if you run a business where you receive lots of call...

the problem is WIND use a new network and they will have couple years to get the reliability of bell telus or the major ROGERS.

I have switch now with CHATR ( own by rogers ) and offer same or better plan also RELIABLE NETWORK already etablish..ok no fancy phone yet but at least reliable network at very low cost.

i would also suggest to all the travelling ladies working in the major cities in canada, you should take a closer look to chatr and there large ZONE of network including the chepeast RATES so far

This is no surprise....Telus way back when swallowed up Clearnet as Telus did not want to compete with them...so they just bought them out.Canadian consumers in general get screwed over for everything....be it cell phone service or for buying a new car VS consumers in the USA...the reasoning is that the USA has a larger population and thusly corporations have to fight for customers....in Canada we are pretty much told THIS IS IT and for the most part people accept it and get fucked over.

I myself think there is going to be a HUGE change in the cell phone market in Canada in the future....a lot of customers that are pissed off and are realizing there are alternatives to the big 3 are going to act on those options.....when that happens the "little guy" will get bigger...and through the fullness of time will also expand and provide better coverage for the customers.

Hey LittleAsianGuy, I had that problem too a few weeks ago. Sorry if I offended any East Indians out here/there, but stupid dirka dirka did not give me the right solution to my problem. The stupid dirka dirka DID NOT have any knowledge on my LG Gossip. So pretty much he bullsh**ed me, and I am pissed... Oh well but the first time I call was some french dude that gave me the RIGHT solution to my phone problem... Although I am on pay-as-you-go with fido cause I barely use my phone so cannot complain there (not yet).
