I'm being a nerd, but I don't understand why they make laptops that vent the hot air out the bottom. All it takes to overheat is for the user to set the laptop down on a squishy surface like a couch or a bed, and that blocks the vent and causes heating issues. All laptops should just vent out the side or the back.

Even better, all laptops should be required to have smokestacks!

That's why I don't own a laptop even though all the "cool kids" say they're all the rage. My computer is a traditional desktop model, big and bulky and heavy and that's the way I prefer it.

Maybe i should get a desktop now, seems alot safer =p
