The girl in the photos is porn star Kenna James. A "right click" followed by "Search Google for Image" is all you need when an ad has a girl revealing her entire face. I do it for every single photo in an ad these days unless she's been reviewed or I've already seen her.

And $200 per hour is not what a provider who shows their face usually goes for. That extra reveal tends to bump the rate up at least $500 per hour and they'll have a personal website to boot.
