Why Isn't the "Wait 90 Seconds" Fixed?

How long has the glitch in the system that says,.." you have to wait 90 seconds between posts", even though it's your first post, been happening? A year?

I still see double posts because of it.

I don't participate here much any more, so was surprised to see it's still happening.

Is it that impossible to find a solution?

In order for it to be fixed, "someone" has to recognize that it is a problem. To date, despite countless users pointing out that it truly is a problem, that "someone" refuses to acknowledge it....

What?? Are you serious? How can this not be considered a problem? It happens every time!

Early on, when this problem first started, I learned that when I get the "90 second wait" warning, I simply go to the top of the page, left side, and click on the "PERB.CC" and go back to the home page. Then I get back to the thread where I had just posted, and there is my comment posted.

I wasn't referring to the 90 seconds between posts, but the notice saying you must wait 90 seconds on even one post sometimes or when it is well past 90 seconds between post attempts..
